SMRT/SBS have the weirdest policies. Not only does it infuriates me that they want to hike up the train and bus fares, they also prevented me from purchasing bus concession!! WTF!
The lady at the counter said that if i want to purchase the bus concession, i have to wait for my train concession to expire in 3 weeks time, THEN i can purchase it together (both bus and train concession). Like similan! Is that true!??!?!?! Why can't i buy it seperatly (like weeks apart)? Are their computers not equipped well enough? I thought they very high tech!? -.-
Don't they know how to be flexible to the ever changing needs of their consumers?
