urgh, i'm so tired..
i carried three 1.1kg plates for 5 rounds, starting with 1 minute in the first round and increasing 1 more minute every round. then we had to walk around TCA with it. it made my wrist hurt like mad and my pinky's skin turn red and peel with blisters.
i carried the oval tray with 3 bricks on it in the first round, then 5, then 7. and also a water container (filled) of those water cooler you find in carefour. i really respect those women in the olden days where they work at construction sites carrying bricks and all. i can't really rmb what they are called, but they wear those red head gear thing.
then it was the round tray where we practiced carrying a filled mineral bottle. it was easy at first.. but when they start adding more and more and MORE bottles. its so heavy i think it might be as heavy as me..
i also learned how to cork and uncork a wine bottle and also the correct technique of pouring.
but.. it was quite fun (except the plates one!) and i really felt like i have learnt something today! i totally suck big time with the plates. i have no strength and my hands are too small so i had difficulty holding the plates. PLUS, i have sweaty palms and i was so afraid that i'd drop a plate and break it. hahaha.
i am so gonna practice carrying the plates at home if i can. my left arm has no strength! :( lousy me.
