Mayling and i went to Aria Bistro+Wine Bar at the Esplanade for dinner on Saturday night cos we needed to do some project on the service quality on any F&B outlet. and since we havent been to any fine dinning, we decided to give it a shot. she was so blur about her culinary and wine. haha! anyway, first we had

She had Raw Scallops.
I had Smoked Salmon. She had Cream of Mushroom Soup.I had Lobster Bisque.
THEN WE HAD FOIE GRAS! its omfg fantastic! it practically melts in your mouth! a must try once in a life time thing. (although its 95% cholestrol)
She had Seabass.
I had a beef cheek.and for dessert we both had Caramelized Banana! its damn nice i swear. & the resturant bougth the both of us wine!

overall, it was a damn fantastic exprience! the food, WOW. the service, WOW. the ambience, WOW. when i save up enough, i dont mind going there again! :D
