Went to town with Gilbert on Saturday in search of a school bag. Since his mom bought him a bag from Taiwan he just accompanied me around. went to Pacific Plaza & i finally got my bag!!!!! its so good looking i cannot stand it! Tessa & my sister said the same thing, that the inside looked like a coffin. but i dont care its so chiooo!

and when it started raining, Gilbert & i were trapped at Pacific Plaza until the rain could be lighter & so we cam whored. :D thats my boyfriend's new shades from Taiwan & his new botak head.
i'm not going to say anything about his head. i refuse to.
than i went to meet my Gang at Kovan where we dined at GrapeVine. the Lamb Rack & mashed potatoes that comes with it, i had was awesomeeeeeeeeeee! and the brownie with ice cream & the fries and the onion rings. i wanna go there again! too bad i didnt manage to snap a few shots of the food. the price is rather reasonable like $8.90 for a baked rice to $17.90 for my lamb rack. the brownie's really really realllllllly good at $5.90.
& i had my martini for $12. its rather on the high end but once in a while its fine la.
we were trying to act emo and all, but i just end up looking really retarded. and red.

and on Sunday Gilbert and i went bladding at ECP again. the sun's really hot and bright which was good cos it gave me a tan. He's really sweet cos he brought along the spray to cool our skins and if its burned make it less painful. anyways, thank God i didn't fall down again. but we saw this man who like goes to ECP every week to prey on girls. last week he approached me cos i was further up ahead than Gilbert and he wanted to "make friends" with me until Gilbert approached us he rode off. and yesterday we saw him oggling at other girls again. :( i bet he has like a whole load of porn at home. and i bet his hand's sore from wanking. stupid lao tiko pek. :@
anyway, my grandma fell down yesterday in the shower! :( her back's aching really badly so she's staying with us until her back's well again. my mom said something about the bone being brittle and all. i'm not too sure, cos if her backbone's cracked or something she'd be in a brace. thank God its nothing really that serious. and just now i was having a chat with her cos she was asking when does school start. and she was telling me about the education history of my aunts and uncles.
like how she'd give school fees to one of my uncles, Michael, and he'd spend it all and he took a loan from the bank anyway. -.- but he's a high flying lawyer now and he still spends like no body's business! and he's really easy about spending his money on people as well. like he'd spend a lot on his ex-girlfriends. and he was the one who bought me my first pair of jeans (& it was Levis). he has like 3 huge shelves (racks) of CDs & DVDs which i always will go to his house to borrow. but he's still single. -.-
and how my youngest uncle, Sonny, is more "smart" (according to my grandma), he'd save for like his school fees and his future. and his kids are like poster models or something. i think his wife's really pretty cos his daughter is really vain and pretty & she's only 5, but he's quite plumb and has buck teeth. ahhah. he also went through the Poly route and he still managed to get to the University after he came out to work for like 1-2 years.
than there's my oldest Aunt, Doris. she was obviously the first to enter University and my grandma said that last time the school fees was really cheap! like $900 a year! but as the years go by, its more expensive now. she's a fellow (as with my mom and other aunt) IJ girl and she then went on to CJC. she's working in the Istana now, just a few positions under the President. like the President's her boss's boss. or something to that sort.
than, there's my mom, Rosaline (who's the second in line) who only has an O level cert. after Sec 4, she went on to secretarial school and the pay's prolly really miserable when she first started working. but she's working for some law firm (housing property thingy) and her years of experience and hard work gets her the pay she has now i guess.
than there's my other Aunt, Cathrine or just Auntie Cat, she also didnt want to go to JC nor the U. if i am not wrong she only has her O's, just like my mom. so she also went to secretrial school and after a few years of working, she got bored with the life of a secretary sitting at her desk typing non-stop. so she had a talk with her boss and he decided to send her out to check/supervise projects. i'm not excatly sure what she does but my grandma says she's been to GERMANY, italy, US, japan, etc etc. she's been to so many countries for work! so lucky! but since she's married and has a kid now, she's staying local and although her pay's not as good (like 10k odd when she's traveling) her family comes first.
so there you have it, summary of my mom's side of the family. and while my grandma's here, i might have more chats with her (when she's not asleep or watching TV or on the phone). she looked after me when i was born till maybe about 5? just before my sister was born. when my sister was born, we had a maid from then on. she was the one who prolly taught me how to speak hokkien (WHY NOT CHINESE) and my granddad would pick me up from school after my gym practise back in Kellock in lower primary. i love her cooking and last time i used to be a problem eater. i hate to eat, even as a baby i didnt like drinking my milk. she had the patience to feed me and make sure i eat and not die of hunger. i guess, without her i would be a really ugly and skinny baby. so around 5 onwards i grew really skinny and i didnt have to bend backwards to see my ribs. i hate to eat. like 1 small bowl of porridge i would take 3 hours to finish.
but you see the difference now? i LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE food so much its quite scary la. my mother says its like making up for lost time. hahaaha. worteverrrr!
and now its monday & everyone's in school except me. oooh, i cant wait for school than i wont be so bored at home. ahaha. and so, Grey's Anatomy for now till Boyfriend's classes end so i can talk to him. :D
